At Farmdeli Spices, we aim to deliver fresh and quality products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. Every order is carefully packed to maintain product freshness, hygiene, and quality during transit.

Once an order is placed successfully, it is processed and packed by our team. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen situations, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or other external factors.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may also offer free shipping on selected orders, promotional campaigns, or orders above a certain value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.
Customers can use the tracking link to check the delivery status of their order.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email ID while placing the order. Farmdeli Spices will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery if possible. If the package is already delivered, contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
Our team will review the issue and assist with a suitable resolution as per our return and refund policy.
Delivery Availability
We currently deliver to serviceable locations through our courier partners. Some remote or restricted areas may not be covered. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you regarding the order.
