At Farmdeli Spices, we take great care in packing and delivering fresh, quality spices to our customers. Since our products are food items, we follow a clear return and refund policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and customer trust.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, opened, used, or tampered with.
However, a return or replacement request may be accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The package is leaked, broken, or tampered with
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product received is expired or not in acceptable condition
To raise a return or replacement request, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, and order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only after our team reviews and approves the issue. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timeline.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used
- Product is damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
- Customer does not like the taste, aroma, or flavour preference
- Incorrect address or contact details were provided by the customer
- Return request is raised after the allowed time period
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement will be provided only for genuine product damage, wrong item delivery, or quality-related issues verified by our team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
